Foi muito importante depositar minhas bagagens no studio, mesmo antes do horário do check-in. O ponto alto do studio é a localização, pois é uma região muito bem movimentada e com diversas opções de lazer, mobilidade e restaurantes. Fiquei um pouco incomodada com os trabalhos de reforma do apartamento ao lado e depois de um apartamento superior, mas no inverno isso é muito comum em Paris. Enfim, avalio que o studio é excelente e tudo ocorreu como planejei. Gostaria de retornar em outra oportunidade.

Loved this place. What a find. Excellent and I mean ‘excellent’ location. Really pretty area and very secure access. Host was great throughout the whole booking process and stay. Clean and had a nice layout. Coffee/tea and cleaning products supplied. Washing machine available. Beds comfortable and warm. (Was winter) Suited our family well. Thank you Not a complaint but worth noting there are 4 levels of stairs to top floor.

The house is perfect: clean, well organized and fully equipped. The location is incredible: in the middle of the Latin quarter, with all you need down the street, yet quite. Jethro was very responsive: the only issue we had was solved immediately. I totally recommend

Jethro’s place in the Latin quarter is an a fantastic location just off a picturesque square. Spoilt for choice of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, crepes… basically everything you need. And Jethro provides great tips so you know which ones to go to! It is walkable to many attractions and there is also great access via metro and bus. The place itself is compact with everything you need. Clever design features to get the most out of the space, great showers and beds and a lovely sitting area. If you have 4 adults there is not a lot of space to leave large suitcases open but each bedroom has a wardrobe with shelves that can be used. We loved out stay and would come back! Thanks, Jethro.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jethro qui s’est montré très réactif et a fait preuve de flexibilité. L’appartement est agréable et bien conçu et surtout idéalement placé dans Paris. Parfait pour deux adultes. En effet l’acoustique avec le voisin du dessus n’est pas top et lorsqu’il se couche ou se lève on participe à tout son remue ménage…. Ce n’est arrivé qu’une nuit et ça n’a donc pas gâché notre séjour du tout mais peut être prévoir dès boules quies au cas où….

The location of this apartment is unbeatable! It is walkable to the metro, restaurants and so much more. There's a bakery around the corner for fresh baguettes too! We were able to check in early and the place worked great for my wife and me and our two teenage sons. The single toilet was never an issue. GMT was always very responsive and had great recommendations. The only thing to be aware of is that other units in the building are being renovated so the construction noise starts at 8 am which you can hear in the back bedroom. I would definitely stay there again.

Was it cheap? Definitely not. However, with all things in life, you get what you pay for. The location was literal steps from Notre Dame and about 10m from the metro. I was worried about the noise from the street, but the windows are double pained and nearly soundproof. We couldn’t have asked for a more spacious location that was perfectly located within steps of anything you could ever ask for. Highly recommended.

Visited Paris multiple times, but but your place was the best ever. Streets full of locals, enjoying and acting, that was amazing, memorable. Appt is new, renovated, well equiped, no noise from outside, top notch. Also thanks for the guide, with all top places nearby, recomendations, advises, that was very helpful. Thank you so much. super schoon, alles was aanwezig. Bushaltes dichtbij en kon je overal via halte luxembourg met de trein/metro terecht. leuke straat en veel winkels/bar en restaurants. heerlijk verblijf gehad, ik raad het zeker aan. Super vriendelijk host en die stuurde veel informatie en was duidelijk met alles. niets, alles was top

All is very good , flat is renovated and very clean . The only thing you should know - there is no elevator, the flat is on the 3rd floor. For us it was fully ok . Recommend!
